​Ms. Armstrong is an intern at the WaterWebTools team where she focuses on project research, business development analysis, and marketing and branding for the company’s global water forecasting solutions.

Biography

While being and intern at WaterWebTools, Ms. Armstrong also manages Custom Cup Café, a local café and sustainable roastery located in downtown Springfield, IL, where she leads the development of new products, creates an aesthetic that influences business growth through content development and visual merchandising, and collaborates with other local businesses and organizations, cultivating a positive impact on the community. Prior to joining Custom Cup Café, she was the General Manager at Café Andiamo where she monitored employee hiring, training, and coaching to ensure compliance with the café’s standards in addition to coordinating catering and contract negotiations for corporate events and advertisements.

Ms. Armstrong is currently studying Communications at Lincoln Land Community College to expand her skillset with the aim of helping market local and global sustainable companies while also sharpening her aptitude in research, branding, and business development.
